Flooding to balancing reservoir.

Sent to Peterborough City Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 8679672.

The balancing reservoir has flooded and the water level is still rising and will son be at road level. The sluice is clear so there must be a blockage in the drain pipe or at the other end of the pipe.

    The land Owners are aware and works have started on the south side of the pond in the eastern field where excavations have been undertaken on the pipe that drains the pond.
