Numerous 2 feet + potholes on A605 Bypass
Reported via mobile in the Pothole category anonymously at 19:01, Saturday 10 January 2026
Sent to Peterborough City Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 8663558.
There are now numerous very large and deep potholes along the A605 bypass westbound (from Stanground South (Cardea) to Amazon). All seem to be in the outside lane and are in various places along the length of the carriageway.
Residents had been advised by councillors that this stretch of road was due to be resurfaced when the small section on the bypass neat Ikea-Amazon was resurfaced but this did not happen.
The potholes are large and deep enough to cause damage and possibly accidents as drivers swerve to avoid.
