Several potholes

Sent to Peterborough City Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 8656829.

Several potholes are in the lane that traffic is being directed into because Lane 1 is closed. I can see several reports have been made about this: some of the replies to those reports appear to be responding that the land is owned by someone other than PCC, and asking residents to report there instead. Is that correct? Are you able to post a response confirming who the landowner/responsible agency is and what action PCC is taking to resolve the situation to get the road repaired?
