Damaged manhole cover

Sent to Peterborough City Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 8616127.

Manhole and surrounding supportive road surface very damaged and crumbling. Damaged area sunken into road causing very dangerous conditions especially for motorcycles. Has been damaged for sometime but has recently got worse with loose tarmac and pits making it a threat to life if a bike wheel got caught in this in traffic. Needs repairing ASAP
