Shop trolleys been bringed from no body knows wher

2 young lads brought and dumped shopping trolley next to our house stating, they been surprised why they can't leave trolleys here and why we should be affected by them rubbish next to ours house. In pictures clearly can see 2 boys they been passing through neighbours doors wich have door bells and clearly can see that they brought trolleys.
