Large tree stumps

Sent to Peterborough City Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 8595410.

Large tree stumps and lots of weed and debris next to the subway on werrington meadows. This has been dredged out of the water and left. This is causing a rat haven. Please could this be cleared away.
