Strong smell of petrol on road and oily sheen

There is a noticeable oily sheen and smell of petrol along the length of Hargate Way this morning which is running into the drains.

Oily sheen is Both sides of road. I also noticed this leading into to the busway at the Tesco Serpentine Green as well as other patches down Silver Hill.

Have reported this to environmental agency, who asked me to report it to local council too.
