Home made steel ramps bolted to the kerb

Sent to Peterborough City Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 8542738.

The homeowner has made some ramps out of steel and have bolted them to the kerb, they stick out quite far and I’m concerned they might damage someone’s wheels or tyres as they cannot be moved and this is the only way in and out of the street, they are directly outside 5 Uldale Way, Gunthorpe PE4 7GE and bolted to the kerb
