General dump including some furniture

I witnessed a small white van just before 5pm on Wednesday 10th December suddenly turn lights off and pull into the area before turning light on again. I then saw a dump when I drove past at 6:30 the same evening. I took the photograph this morning in daylight. I think the registration was GB65LVR but upon checking the DVLA that does not produce any results. I tried GV65LVR but this was a blue BMW.
