Street not cleaned frm long time water and rubbish

The street from 805 lincoln road to the end is not cleaned from long time the leaves and rubish everywhere after a little rain it looks like proper muddy road just because of leave and rubbish. Because of this rubbish everywhere all the drains gets flooded after a little rain the whole street is full of water we can not park our cars and walk to home without messing all our shoes and clothes. The street is totally neglected specially at the end of street its flooded all the time. No one has ever bothered to come and clean from long time please clean it regularly. Specially on the weekend people park here use drugs and leave all there food rubbish on the street can somebody please clean the street after every weekend because of all this rubbish you can spot alot of rats all over the street and in many houses. Please look in to it ASAP thank you.
