Street Light PCC2 is on but so dim.

Sent to Peterborough City Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 8492564.

The street light is so dim the area is effectively unlit. It’s a hazard for the elderly residents, cannot see curbs or other obstructions. It is also uncomfortable walking in the area safety wise as it is so poorly lit. The first street light PC01 in the street is positioned in a tree, that does not help the overall illumination.
