Misuse of Access from Cardea to Peterborough Road

Sent to Peterborough City Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 8454296.

Due to bollards being removed from this site, prior to safety cameras being activated, there has been one serious accident and several known near misses. When will these bollards be replaced to prevent further incidents?
