Sloping road causing surface water to breach kerb

The water from the road has breached the drop keep and runs down my garden path creating a pond stopping me using my back door.

I am concerned this level of run off might affect my house foundations my young son could trip and fall, and when freezing temps come it will be a severe slip hazard
