Accident 5 - concrete blocks knocked down

This is the 5th accident in less than a year. The concrete barrier placed in front of the house has this time been knocked over all together as opposed to last time when it was pushed aside. It now provides a ramp for any other cars to launch straight into our home risking life and limb. The permanent work to reprovide a barrier has not too my knowledge been discussed, agreed or actioned despite the months that have passed. We remain in daily fear that the next car that crashes into our home will kill one of us. As such i would appreciate an update on the works previously discussed to improve the lighting, replace the barrier, put in road markings and other traffic calming measures. I would as a priority like the temporary concrete barrier replaced and another barrier added to increase protection in the same way other parts alongside the building have been.
