The vehicle is a flat backed lorry. It was dumped on the pavement last week. Nobody can use the footpath and there are people in the street with pushchairs. It is dangerous as people are having to walk in the road on a junction. The vehicle has no tax or insurance. The vehicle is a white Mercedes lorry DK15TYZ. It has been in situ for 1 week now.
