Traffic lights not working

Sent to Peterborough City Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 8424709.

Just an update ,the traffic lights on the crossing just after park farm roundabout on whittlesey are still acting strange . I passed them twice last week at 0330 in the morning they were out no power The next day same time they were out but as I got close they came to live I passed a green aspect. But as I passed on green they went into disco mode green amber red and back to green with no one one the crossing. I looked back in my mirror they stayed green. As you know the engineer has checked these lights many time it's shows the issues on the log data. What do you think is causing it was raining .
