Water pushing out of manhole cover

Sent to Peterborough City Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 8419806.

About 60 square metre of flood water coming from manhole. Already 4 to 5 inches deep with property very near rising water. This has happened before and tankers were needed to stop further damage.
