Road barrier broken

Sent to Peterborough City Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 8387488.

The road barrier has been hit by a car as it is bent into the pathway. Sharp edges sticking out and lots of children passing on their way to school. There is a piece of vehicle debris there as well as some plastic probably from a headlight.
