Flytiping yet again on pavementoutside this house.
Sent to Peterborough City Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 8370399.
Reported so many times over last few years- over the last week the occupants have dumped chairs, old toys, shelves, a large black sofa and today we have a large table. Some items removed by people who seem to want filthy wet furniture. The Council insists it will not tolerate people dumping rubbish on the pavements but it will- and it does. I have given the address to the Council and I will be making a formal complaint. i have offered in the past to make a witness statement and been ignored. this is why Peterborough had such a dreadful reputaion.
