Overgrown bushes

These bushes have needed cutting back for months, they are now block 2/3 of the footpath and making access difficult if not dangerous. The bushes have thorns and people have to stand IN the Bush to allow others to pass. I've nearly been run over by bikes because there is no visibility on the corner and it is extremely narrow now.
