See photo, can the absentee landlords, letting agents and tenants of these properties please clear this fly tipping and dangerous discarded fridge/freezer. Our street has been ruined by these landlords and especially PCC Planning Dept who continually allow HMO’s and uncontrolled letting properties. Also can these tenants receive education on how to use the refuse collection system in place in Peterborough. Also some education is needed for these landlords and Letting agents.
