Noisy utility cover

Sent to Peterborough City Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 8305554.

A utility cover has not been sitting properly for a while, it makes a loud noise when being driven over. Somebody came to fix earlier this week, but after a couple of days it is making the same noise, so has not been fixed properly.
