Noisy manhole cover - not fixed

Sent to Peterborough City Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 8305551.

Previously reported and listed as ‘fixed’ by Anglian Water. However, after one day of less noise it is now back up to the same noise level as before and is disturbing my sleep every time a car drives over it as it can be heard through closed windows.
