Drain cover too low and hole at the side

Sent to Peterborough City Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 8286896.

I am reporting this issue eith the manhole covering. Its clearly set too low in the road with causes so much noise when cars and buses go over it. To be fair most of them down coniston road are badly set ! But this one nearly opposite the borrowdale close turning has now got a hole at the side of it and its becoming bigger and deeper as the weeks go on. Cars have to swerve to avoid it.
