1m + crack in the road causing unlevel road
Reported via mobile in the Pothole category anonymously at 20:46, Sat 4 October 2025
Sent to Peterborough City Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 8253104.
My husband was driving from his parents’ house towards March when he hit a section of damaged road. The impact caused the tire to tear and resulted in significant damage to our alloy wheel.
I’m not sure if this is the correct place to raise the issue, but we would like to request reimbursement for the repair costs, as the damage was caused by the poor condition of the road.
I can provide photos showing the damage to the alloy as well as the repair invoice, but I’m unsure of the best way to submit this evidence. Could you please advise on how to proceed?
Thank you for your time and assistance.
Kind regards, Victoria samworth
