Hedges blocking my light and view

Sent to Peterborough City Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 8250780.

I recently moved into 22 sprignall and the hedges next to the path at my back gate are too high. They are blocking my light and view. Therefore, under Part 8 of the Anti-social Behaviour Act 2003, i am requesting these be cut down to the fence level or 6.5 foot as per the legislation. This legislation is for neighbour disputes, just because Peterborough Council is the neighbour this still applies and should be enacted within 14 days.
