Unfortunately, this is not something that Peterborough City Council can assist with or enforce on.
If there is a dispute regarding parking bays or private parking, you can have a look at your deeds or contact the letting agent to clarify this.
If there is no mention of private bays/parking that is being paid for in the deeds or rental agreement, then the spaces are open to anyone.

If there is an obstruction of the road or pavement or blocking drive or any dangerous parking, this is the responsibility of the police to investigate and enforce.
