Dislodged railings on footbridge

This section of railing is on the footbridge over the A47 between Manton and Walcot Walk (nearer the latter). It seems that three of the nuts and bolts have been removed so the railings are hanging from the one remaining set (top left). It would not take much effort for these to be taken out and the whole section of railing removed completely. I first noticed this 03/09/25.
