At Ratcliffe Court from Branston Rise

Today at 19:10pm I saw how young man took out the rubbish from property by address 36 Branston Raise, Peterborough and left in in the end of parking lots on grass at Ratcliffe Court. I have made videos as well. On 21st September I received the letter from PB CC Enforcement department that I have made a large fly tipping and I send all available information and evidence from my side that I never wasn’t left any rubbish out and that it doesn’t belong to me. There was as well big fly tipping waste like leftovers from carpets and something like a parts of furniture and bagged waste. On 30th September I received the letter from PB CC Enforcement that I will have to pay a fine for this amount £400. I have been given photo evidences, explained that when we moved in to property we had carpets fitted by Cross Keys. I have also been able to get confirmation email from Cross Keys that carpets was fitted before we moved in to property on 4th July 2025. Nothing wasn’t taken in account. I’m not going to pay £400 fine for that what I never wasn’t done. To Enforcement department I messaged that they can take me to court as I have got even more evidences especially from tonight.

You can report cases of fly-tipping on private land to us, although it is the landowner’s responsibility to clear the waste.
Our Environmental Enforcement Team can only investigate if there is enough evidence available, e.g. witness statement, CCTV footage, evidence in the waste, etc.
When you report, please state if you’re able to provide any evidence to support our investigation.If there is enough evidence, once the case is referred to the Environmental Enforcement Team for investigation, we will mark the report as closed on the system.
If there is no evidence of the fly-tipping being committed, or who the waste originally belonged to, we are unable to investigate and proceed with your report.
