Scared of head injury from falling pears

Reported via mobile in the Tree is considered to be causing damage category anonymously at 16:32, Mon 15 September 2025

Sent to Peterborough City Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 8168581.

Ive lived in my house a year and a half now and this tree outside my property has never been cut back since ive moved in. The only spot left for parking is under this tree thats dropping heavy unripened pears from a height and many in just a day. Ive had problems where i cannot open front windows due to flies and old fruit left to rot. Ive cleared the fruit and the carpark was again full of them the very next day. I have disabilities and a 2 year old. Clearing the pears that one day caused me 4 days of pain afterwards. Im also worried about a head injury to myself, my elderly parents who use the parking spots qhen they visit and also my 2 year old as im getting her in and out of the car. Please do something so this tree is no longer dropping fruit over the cars and carpark. Many thanks. A concerned and frustrated resident.
