Drainage issue

Sent to Peterborough City Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 8165116.

This bend regularly floods with water encroaching over half way into lateral width of the carriageway. Given the overgrown vegetation it makes this bend dangerous. The gully on the bend also needs attention as the carriageway surface has become loose/ come away

  • We have had our drainage contractors investigate this location, there are several gullies around this kerb radius and these have all been cleansed, we are unsure of their outfall, assuming this may be to soakaways which may become saturated during heavy intense rainfall. We will continue to monitor this location.
