Large branches dumped on top of PCC hedge

Very large tree branches have been dumped on top of the PCC hedge along the footpath, at the side of the Manton playing field to the back of 38/39 Manton. These are very precarious & causing a safety hazzard, as at the side of a well used footpath. A regular garden dumping area.
