Pothole and uneven surface

There are two problems which are causing issues when accessing our driveway from the road. Both issues are positioned on plans which are the responsibility of the highways which we can provide proof. First issue is the pothole which is roughly 60 to 70cm in length. Due to the position of the slope of the road, when it rains water runs down and collects in the pothole, causing further damage. The second issue is a piece of rubble that has been concreted into the ground and is now sticking out. You can also see this on the pictures attached, this is roughly 1m away from the pothole. This is causing an uneven access to our drive.
