Foot path major hazard for trips and falls.

Reported via mobile in the Public footpath or cyclepath category anonymously at 19:49, Sat 6 September 2025

Sent to Peterborough City Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 8129424.

The pavement walk way is a trip hazard and a danger. I have tripped over, others also. The tarmac is pushing up and cracking then turning into gravel. Plants ,small trees are now growing from within the cracks Causing more cracks. When winter comes the cold will split the pavement more. (freeze-thaw cycle) causing more deterioration, residents and I agree that this needs repairing. “ for the long term” I reported this 3 weeks ago at the rear of the property’s and your team arrived and placed tarmac over paving slabs at the front of the property’s?? Paving slabs should be replaced like for like where possible. We all need this repaired. This issue has been over a year now. I have phoned many a time.

Thank you for spending time to read this,

Kind regards. A resident of Lowick gardens.
