Black bin bags dumped for months

Sent to Peterborough City Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 8125838.

Black bin bags dumped next to black bins been there for months, rats have been through them…communal car park really messy and left uncut for ages, everything overgrown. Haven’t seen a council worker around here for ages and the place looks terrible, all residents clubbing together to complain as we had a get together today about the ongoing issues. Residents are embarrassed to have friends over because of the filthy conditions.
