Dumped garden weeds on footpath/walkway

Weeds have been dumped in the middle of the footpath/walkway. Causing an obstruction to residents using walkers, mobility scooters bikes and pedestrians. This is located in the middle of the path between 98 & 99 Tirrington, South Bretton. This dumping of weeds here is a weekly occurance, have been putting previous weeds into my brown bin, but this amount is too much.
