Large bag of animal waste dumped

Sent to Peterborough City Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 8120365.

A large blue bag of animal waste was placed next to the dog waste bin by Gullymore underpass where it sat for several days. Once again, on the day that the bin was emptied the blue bag was thrown into the bushes opposite the bin where it remains. I have reported the same thing happening on multiple occasions over the last 2-3 years.
