Reported via desktop in the Tree touching overhead cables category anonymously at 14:19, Wed 3 September 2025

Sent to Peterborough City Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 8113802.

I reported this problem on 6th August report number 7982424. Nothing has been done about this problem. I received an email stating that an engineer would come out with in 20 days and I would receive a reply within 5 days. I have received no email further acknowledgement and no engineer has been out. The tree branch is now laying on our fibre optic cable IT WILL BRING THE CABLE DOWN AND WE WILL HAVE NO BROADBAND. I request that you please attend to this problem urgently and pollard the tree or at lease remove the branch concerned before any damage has been done.
