Was left on footpath

Sent to Peterborough City Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 8112955.

Possibly a stolen moped that was stopped on the footpath whilst 2 lads riding without helmets. Police called and advised to call the council to recover. Police reference number CC2920250489

No make visible but it is black with no number plate and has a lot of damage
