All lights out lynch wood

Sent to Peterborough City Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 8099025.

Its pitch black. all the lights are out at lynch wood and the path down the side of Ascot House leading to Wistow Way. Needs urgent action as very very dark and its remote there.
