Pavement parking directly to the main entrance of

Reported via mobile in the Public footpath or cyclepath category anonymously at 20:06, Sun 24 August 2025

Sent to Peterborough City Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 8068254.

Car continuing to pavement park outside the entrance/exit to my home. I have no other suitable entrance/exit that could be used by a mobility scooter without going onto private property. This is causing concerns as the route to my door by the sides of the path is loose stoned therefore the surface is unstable/unsuitable to use a mobility scooter on when my friend visits. This is potentially dangerous to my friend when visiting. Backing up when leaving would be impossible as the whole depth of the path is needed to reverse the scooter. This location of parking at the entrance to my home could affect other services to my home as obviously the space is now impeded by the pavement parking. Issue is continuing and I don't see it improving unless I receive help/advice. I see this as a potential danger to my friend when visiting as leaving any other way than using my path would be unstable for her and her scooter. Parking at the entrance is causing a hazard to my friend and is unacceptable.
