Leaves, brambles and branches left in a pile, in the hedge, by PCC/Aragon when hedges were cut a few weeks ago and they still have not been removed. It will only take some windy weather and these will be on the cycle/footpath and causing a hazard. These are located along the back fence between 107 & 108 Tirrington.
