Sent to Peterborough City Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 8063094.

On the slip roads another empty metal A frame, sign is also flat on the verge around 50 yards from the frame. Likely left by either Martins Traffic management, Chevron or Ringway. Absolutely disgraceful
