Strong smell of sewage

Sent to Peterborough City Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 8057104.

There is always a strong smell of sewage next to the public footpath. It is like there is a missing cover in the drains within the hedges near the gates to the car lit and the office building, right next to the parkway bridge on the side into Peterborough. It has been like this for years!
