Traffic light issue. Again

Sent to Peterborough City Council 1 minute later. Council ref: 8047828.

These traffic lights keep going red for Goldhay way even when there is no traffic coming on the other route. This keeps happening and has been reported several times before. The defaults need to be adjusted.
