Abandoned caravan

The tenants at 11Rangefield have had this caravan in their garden for the last two years. Saturday 18th August19.00 hrs I watched it being manhandled from there down the cyclepath to the football field where it is now apparently abandoned. I did not approach them. I would not feel safe to do so. I fear it will soon be vandalised. Please help.
