Recently 2 weeks ago, the big tree next to the street light was attended and asked if the few branches hanging over the fence could be pruned but was advise to contact PCC. Also I noticed that roots are now appearing on the lawn in the garden and slabs (path) are uneven Please can this be inspected

    A qualified tree surveyor has assessed your request and following a site visit has been unable to recommend any further action on this occasion.

    Please be aware that Aragon Direct Services manages the Council owned trees in accordance with the Peterborough Tree & Woodland Strategy 2018-2028.

    Continued management of all of our trees forms an integral part of this strategy. All Council owned trees are surveyed by a qualified surveyor for safety every one to five years, depending on how much the area surrounding them is used. Where inspection identifies maintenance work it is scheduled in accordingly with safety issues forming the highest priority.
