Overflowing rubbish bin

This bin has not been emptied for quite some time.

Thankfully, our local dog owners are being responsible and using it for their dog waste.

Could the Council therefore also be responsible and empty it on a regular basis please.

The stench coming from it is disgusting and it makes the adjoining seat virtually unusable, unless wearing a gas mask.
