Large pothole on Main Road PE6 7BB

I used this road as a result of needing a diversion from the A47 due to ongoing works. I am unsure how long the pothole has been there as never used the road before. The pothole has caused 2 tyres on my car to need to be replaced and I am awaiting feedback from a garage on my suspension. This road is a narrow national speed limit road. It is unsafe for this pothole to remain. Please advise of the relevant authority as I will be making a claim for the damage.
