Overgrown tree

Sent to Peterborough City Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 8017890.

It blocks sunlight. Branches often fall. Causing lots of bird mess. The roots are causing problems in my garden lifting my patio and causing cracks down my path. This has been reported several times over last 5+ years but so far nothing has been done.
